Yeah, a barcode reader - A QR code is like a barcode, in that each one can have a message when you scan it...

The one on the back of the pepsi can has a link to wap.pepsi.co.uk (i scanned it ><) but mine has a message that i personally wrote (i used a website to generate my own QR code)
