Guys right now my PB Cvar rate is at 5000. Most of your are at atleast 15000, mainly 25000. That is why i cannot get in2 certain server and you guys can. Now im wonderin if u guys can help me out and see how can i raise up my rate to atleast 15000. If you know sumthin, jus let me know

I finally found the answer to this problem.
If you guys are getting kicked out of a server because your cvar rate is too low. Its not a PB issue, its just how you have it on your config files.
You can easily fix it in game.
Follow these instructions:
1.) Drop your console by pressing the (~) key which is by your (1) on your keyboard.
2.) type in /rate 25000
3.) then hit Enter
That should work. It did for me.
If that doesn't work:
try typing in:
/set rate 25000
or
/seta rate 25000
