go for a 250cc or more, the 125 will not deliver the power you need if you ever have a passenger.
and i would start with a 250 until you get the feel for it. with a 500 you would find yourself from zero to dead faster then you know

For $500 more I get 2 MPG more; seet is 2.2 inch higher; same cc's and its better for my back (I hear)

well if you have the extra 500 then i'd say go for it, 61 to 63 mpg is NOT that much of a difference considering
